Return/Damage Policy:

Contact us at CAYLASCRYSTALS@GMAIL.COM with the following information: Invoice number, Was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip, if damaged please include a picture(please no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.

Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

Cayla's Crystals accepts returned items that are in resalable new and unopened condition purchased less than 1 months ago.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over 1 months will not be accepted

Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the sole responsibility of Cayla's Crystals

Shipping Policies:

Cayla's Crystals DOES NOT ship internationally.

Cayla's Crystals ships primarily with UPS, however if need be, we can also ship USPS and FEDEX. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged.

90% of our inventory (smaller Items) will ship with a flat rate of $13.00. All larger and heavier items (salt lamps & specimens) will ship at a flat rate of $24.00.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply and will be deducted from your total credit

An additional $18.00 charge will be applied for change of address, or location change after order ships (per box).
